Onboarding
Efficient and pleasant arrival in the new working environment
To make the induction process easier for our new team members, we have had good experience of rotating them through all departments. This enables them to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the interrelationships between the various departments. New colleagues take part in introductory job rotations, which can last up to two working days depending on their professional experience. This promotes a deeper understanding of their own department and facilitates collaboration with other teams.
